65th Primetime Emmy Awards: The best and worst dressed plus the Complete List of 2013 Emmy Winners

Best Dressed

Kaley Cuoco (photo above) stole the show, stunning and sexy in a maroon gown by Vera Wang. She looked nothing like girl next door Penny, her character on The Big Bang Theory, which was nominated for three Emmys including Outstanding Comedy Series.

 Cobie Smulders (photo above) was lovely in her pale pink J Mendel gown. The How I Met Your Mother star looked like a princess

Worst Dressed

Ellen Burstyn may have won the Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Miniseries or Movie for Political Animals, but this dress looks more suitable for a camel caravan in the desert than a Hollywood awards show.
